The IUPUI Testing Center offers services to current and prospective students, faculty and staff, and the entire Indianapolis community.

About
For students
Students use the Testing Center to take a variety of tests and assessments. You can take or make up an exam for an IUPUI course, take a placement test, or test out of a course. You also can take national standardized tests, certification exams, and online course exams through our center.
For faculty and staff
If you're a faculty or staff member, you can use the Testing Center to score tests.
For Indianapolis residents
We offer our testing location in the Business Building for Indianapolis residents to take national certification exams and achievement tests. Here are the national tests we offer to the public:
* The Business Building (BS3000) will be closed for certification testing until February 22, 2021. At that time, our center will be administering CLEP and DSST tests on a limited basis.

Mission of the Testing Center
The Testing Center's mission is to provide departmental, institutional, and national testing opportunities to students and non-students of the IUPUI community. The Testing Center strives to create an environment that enables examinees to perform to the best of their abilities and to provide opportunities for faculty to increase instructional time with students. To meet this mission, the Testing Center treats all test takers in a professional manner, maintains test and test security based upon best practices in test security, policies and procedures. The Testing Center supports assessment and evaluation initiatives through the collection of data via the proctoring of a variety of tests and standardized examinations, plus processing and dissemination of data to support instructional decisions within the IUPUI campus.
The IUPUI Testing Center adheres to the Professional Standards and Guidelines of the National College Testing Association.
