Instructors may submit tests with up to 200 questions for scoring.
With each group of tests, you must submit a Test Scoring Processing Form and a prepared answer sheet, which you can order online through Document Services.
Indicate which sheet is the answer key by writing "answer key" on that sheet and placing it on top of the test stack.
Drop off tests between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, or use the after hours drop box.
Our system does not allow for partial responses. Likewise, questions not answered on the student's scoresheet will not be scored. Answers left blank on the answer key also will not be scored.
When designing the test, you have the option to allow students to circle only one correct answer per question or several.
If several answers are bubbled in, the student's response only has to match one correct answer to get credit for the question.
If the student must match all answers on the key to get credit for the question, this must be indicated in the Special Instructions section of the Test Processing Form.
In addition to student names, percentages, and scores in an Excel spreadsheet, you will also receive:
- Highest, lowest, average, and median scores
- Maximum point value
- Standard deviation
- Correct and incorrect answers
- Distribution of scores
